DIY Pedicure

Now that your skin is all fresh and moisturized, it’s time to take care of those feet! Throw on a comfortable robe, and get your favorite living room chair ready. Here is a simple recipe that you can use to get those feet looking fresh and smooth.

In a small bowl, mix the following ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3 ounces of olive oil
  • 1/2 a cup of epsom salt
  • 1 cup of cornmeal

After mixing these ingredients, find a large bowl (that you don’t use for food) to soak your feet in. Fill the bowl up with warm water and set your feet in for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, grab a handful of your mixture and exfoliate all of the rough spots on your feet. If you want, the mixture can also be used to exfoliate your legs.

Ingredients: Free (if you don't have the ingredients in your cabinet, each item costs about $5 or less.)

Epsom Salt: $5.00
