Berry Almond Overnight Oats
Let the night hours and your refrigerator do all the work with this overnight oats recipe. Oats, fruit, nuts and milk combine all night making for a tasty early morning meal. With this recipe you can add any kind of fruit and nuts you like to personalize your oats.


  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. agave nectar, honey, sweetener
  • 1/2 cup almonds (whole or sliced)


In a large bowl, place in fruit, oats, and salt then stir and combine briefly. In another bowl, place milk, the sweetener of your choice, and vanilla into another bowl and briefly whisk to combine. Bring wet and dry ingredients together by pouring in the wet ingredients to the dry. Stir until everything is combine and all the oats are coated in milk. Then cover the bowl with cling film. Place the bowl in a refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. Once chilled, distribute and divide oats as desired and enjoy!
