Hula Hooping

Hula hooping isn’t just for kids anymore! It’s also an incredibly useful workout method that will help strengthen your core and tone arms and legs. You need to master the basic hoop twirl in order to keep up with the exercise, but after that it’s all at your own pace!

Try hooping in a forward lunge stance to work your thighs or a basic side stance to target the core. If you’re ambitious, sink down into a plié or a squat and keep that hoop going.
