Another great tool for free workouts is the park bench sitting next to the playground! You can target so many areas on your body with just one bench. Your exercise will depend on the height of the seat, so position yourself at the edge with your feet extended. Lift off from the seat and lower yourself down, then lift back up. Your arms should form a 90 degree angle at the elbow when you’re at your lowest.
