You’ve definitely seen this machine at the gym, but maybe you were too intimidated to try it out. Now’s the time! Lateral pulldowns will sculpt your back and arms to perfection, so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be using this technique. Just set the weight to what you can manage and balance on the seat. Grip the bar above your head, wider than shoulder-width apart. Pull it down in front of you at eye level and guide it back up. Repeat several times.
