Morning Stretches To Get You Up And Going

Do you ever wake up feeling more exhausted than when you went to bed the night before? It happens to all of us from time to time. Instead of hitting the snooze button six more times, try doing a few yoga poses and stretches in the morning.

In this video Rodney Yee walks us through a morning yoga routine. These poses are designed to improve flexibility while giving you the energy you need to get up and get your day going! You can do these stretches in your home, or outside. Personally, I prefer to stretch outside to give myself some fresh air first thing in the morning.
