Guilt Free Copycat Alternatives

I don’t like to acknowledge it, but yes I am guilty of indulging in McDonald’s breakfast from time to time. I can’t help it; there is something about an egg McMuffin that I can’t get enough of, which was until I saw the calorie intake. So how can I still get my Egg McMuffin fix? Simple, I make it myself. Of course leaving the calories at McDys where they belong. Now, here is a trick that will blow your mind, crack an egg into a coffee cup, cover it will a paper towel and put it in the microwave for less than a minute. After it is done flip it over onto your whole grain (of course) English muffin. Add only half a slice of cheese, a slice of tomato and spinach and Wah Lah, you have a healthy styled egg McMuffin.
