You may have heard it a few times before, but going for a run really does clear your head! If running isn't your game, find something else. Any kind of physical activity will get your blood pumping and your mind off the problems.

Exercise releases endorphins in your brain which make you happier and reduces stress. So go for a jog, take a hike, hit the gym or just play a pick-up game with your friends. If the sweat is flowing, your anxiety is lowering!
