A study in Sweden concluded that through a study of 23 males and females who had 8 hours of sleep and were photographed, and then depriving them of sleep for 31 hours and photographing them again. Other participants were asked to rate these photos (which were standardized), and the results showed that the sleep-deprived individuals were rated as less attractive, less healthy and tired.

4. Bad Bags – One of the most noticeable signs that you haven’t gotten enough sleep is are those horrendous dark circles and under your eyes. While we’re always looking for ways to hide puffy bags, the truth is that it’s easier to prevent them than conceal them. Make it a priority to snooze 15 minutes earlier every night, especially if you’re getting less than 6.5 hours of sleep. When all else fails, try these tips:
