Fall Accessories. What's in for Fall right now? Vintage or vintage-style barrettes are a growing trend, as are skinny and braided headbands. Hair combs in delicate gold leaf are making the scene, which is certainly a nod to the past. Stock up on reproductions at stores like Forever 21 on the cheap, or ask an older relative if they have any vintage pieces they are willing to lend or give away! Bead hair pins, clips and other nods to the 19th Century are also in style for a romantic Fall look.

Chop it Off. A couple of inches off your hair will reinvigorate your look and give you a classic shape for Fall that is easy to maintain. It will grow out through winter and you won't have to worry about rushing to the salon in that snowstorm if you maintain your cut in the Fall. Consider an easy bob with lowlights or a layered cut that hits above the shoulders that can be made cute and fresh with a simple headband or when tucked behind the ears. Bring out your statement earrings and put your face on display with pretty hoops or oversized jewel-tone studs, which are all the rage this Fall season!
