Choosing the Best Workout Routine for You PDF Print E-mail

When it comes to choosing the right workout routine, everybody needs something different.  Some people prefer a gym workout routine while others prefer a home workout routine.  Some would rather do a weight workout routine while others enjoy doing a cardio workout routine.  It's important to find a workout routine that fits your personality, your lifestyle, and your goals, and we're here to help you do that!

Before you pick your perfect workout routine, you need to look at your lifestyle, your personality, and what works for you. Ask yourself these 3 questions before you start:

-What does my body clock prefer?  If you’re a night owl, then going to late night gym might be best for you.  If you’re an early bird, a morning run could be ideal.

-How do I feel about other people?  Are you nervous about working out around other people or do you find that they motivate you?  Your answer could mean the difference between signing up for a Zumba class and purchasing your own elliptical.

-What is my personality like?  Do you need a goal to work toward or are you happy just working out to be fit?  Do you like aggressive, high-intensity workouts or fun, no-pressure exercises?
