3-Minute Revival for At Work or At Home PDF Print E-mail
For when you’re feeling tired or lagging in your commitment, shake things up. Whether you’re at work or at home, doing any one or all of these will charge your battery and get the blood flowing!


  1. Find some stairs, run up and walk down. Repeat for 1 minute, (if no stairs, try a jump rope or jump rope motions).
  2. Squat-to-chair:  squat as if you’re going to sit on your chair, but stand up before touching. Repeat this motion for 1 minute.
  3. Push-up against wall, desk or stationary chair, bringing chest to surface for 1 minute.
