Keep reading for our fat-busting foods that will rid of your belly fat once and for all, keeping your summer body throughout the Fall and Winter months.

Veggie Omelet. The omega-3 and protein from eggs paired with complex sugars from the vegetables in a veggie omelet are the perfect breakfast combo! If you want some eggs for on the run, boil a bunch at the beginning of the week and have them, along with raw veggies, on hand throughout the week. They made a healthy no-brainer snack.

Greek Yogurt. Greek yogurt has more protein than your average joe yogurt and is ideal for after a workout. You can add your choice of fruits and nuts to give it taste and texture, too! This is another on-the-go snack that can easily be packed in a temperature-controlled lunch pack.

Mushrooms. A tasty option that heightens the flavor of any soup or salad, mushrooms are a vital source of vitamin D. Those with low levels of vitamin D have been found to have more belly fat, so make sure to add a few mushrooms to your salad, soup or casserole dish.

Coconut Oil. Try using coconut oil instead of another oil you'd typically cook with. Fry it up with an Asian stirfry or use a virgin coconut oil for your dessert dishes.

Nuts! Nuts are an ideal snack- they are easy to pack and easy to eat minus the mess. Look for almonds in particular as a healthy lunch side dish or late afternoon snack. They will make you feel full and will keep you from reaching for that candy bar!
