With school, sports, playdates and work all taking over your family time, it’s difficult to get everyone to sit down around the table for dinner. But new studies suggest that doing just that can make your kids healthier and happier. So make at least 2-3 days a week a family dinner day in which everyone eats at the table (not in front of the television). This way you'll be able to connect with your family members.
