Do your weeks feel perpetually long? Do you feel like you have a case of the blahs every single day? We have some tips to help you feel your best every single day so keep reading!


1. Don't hit the snooze button 3 times. We all do it: we don't feel like getting out of bed and going to work, so we hit the snooze button a few more times. Why is this so bad? If you have less time to get ready in the morning, you're setting yourself up for a stressful day. Don't let yourself be too busy for makeup, blow-drying your hair, or packing a good lunch, and get up on time! You'll be more confident if you just take care of business instead of getting an extra 15 minutes of shut-eye!


2. Spend the time getting ready. If we're rushed, often we don't put the same amount of time into our beauty routines. I know that if I don't have ten minutes to dry my hair, I'll skip doing it and be mad at myself for the whole day! Make time to put your best face forward, and you'll see that the confidence you gain will make up for the time lost.


3. Eat a good lunch. Don't be one of those people who eats fast food everyday! You'll feel better about yourself and your tummy will thank you if you bring your lunch from home! Try making double recipes for dinner so that you have a nice work lunch to heat up, or bring a bagel sandwich or salad. The possibilities are endless!
