This is an opportunity to use the entirity of the lemon. In addition to cleaning your sink with lemon juice, send a few chunks of lemon down your garbage disposal - rind and all! You'll be amazed at the fresh smell, and the way the acidity of the lemon wipes out grime that you can't even see.

Appliances
The inside of microwaves and refrigerators get splashed with food and beverages quite often, and it's tough to find cleaning products that really cut away at caked on mess. Allow lemon juice to sit on these spots for several minutes, and scrub at them with an abrasive cleaning pad. Your appliances will look and smell fresh, and no toxic fumes will be created when the power goes back on.
Bathroom
There's no need to clarify - bathrooms are one of the toughest places in the house to keep clean. Even the products that help keep us clean (like soap and shampoo) leave annoying films and residues everywhere. Lemon juice can help get rid of these coatings, and leave a product-free, shiny finish. Mix one part lemon juice with one part water, and use a sponge to apply it over problem areas. After letting it soak, clean with an abrasive towel, rinse, and buff with a dry towel to a shine.
