| 20-Minute Salmon Pasta |

Because salmon is such a healthy food, it's a great idea to start adding it in to some of the meals you already make. For example, you can easily toss canned salmon into your pasta dinner. Cook penne in boiling water; drain; return to pot. Mix with cooked peas, salmon, scallion and a little olive oil and lemon and chicken broth to coast pasta. Serve with Parmesan , black pepper and fresh parsley.
