Whole Grain Muffins

These muffins are healthy and delicious. They should only take you about a half hour to make.


* 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
* 1 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
* pinch salt
* 2 Tbs. molasses
* 2 Tbs. baking powder
* 2 egg, beaten
* 1 C. milk
* 1 Tbs. melted butter
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Sift the flour and salt together in a bowl. Stir the molasses and the baking powder in. Then beat in the egg, butter and milk. Grease tins well. Then fill the tins with batter. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
