Low-Cal Orange Dessert Cups
Total Time: 5 minutes
1 orange, sliced in half
1/4 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 apple, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbs. low-fat yogurt
Remove fruit from orange, leaving shell intact. Separate orange sections and cut into small pieces. In a small bowl, combine fruit, cinnamon and yogurt. Mix well. Fill orange shells with mixture. Wrap and chill.
