Low-Cal Orange Dessert Cups This is a perfect low-cal recipe everyone will love, not just dieters.

Ingredients

* 1 orange, sliced in half
* 1/4 banana, peeled and sliced
* 1/2 apple, peeled, cored and diced
* 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
* 2 Tbs. low-fat yogurt

Directions

Remove fruit from orange, leaving shell intact. Separate orange sections and cut into small pieces. In a small bowl, combine fruit, cinnamon and yogurt. Mix well. Fill orange shells with mixture. Wrap and chill.
