Tuna makes this salad super healthy and yummy! Enjoy!

15 minutes preparation

Ingredients

* 2 6-oz. cans white chunk tuna
* 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
* 2 celery stalks, finely sliced
* 1/2 green pepper, cut into thin strips
* 4 sweet pickles, chopped
* 3/4 C. mayonnaise
* dash pepper
* avocado (optional)
* lettuce (optional)

Directions

Drain excess water from tuna and flake in bowl. Add eggs, celery, green pepper, sweet pickles, mayonnaise and pepper. Toss gently to blend. Stuff avocado halves and serve on bed of lettuce.
