This low-cal cooler is the perfect drink for after a light run because it's packed with nutrients.  It uses Almond milk, which has nearly half the calories of low-fat milk. 

1/2 C. unsweetened almond milk

1 C. fresh spinach

1 kiwi, sliced

1/2 banana (preferably frozen), sliced

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
