Basic Vinaigrette PDF Print E-mail
This simple dressing is wonderful on salads and it's a great marinade for meats, as well.

Ingredients

* 1/2 C. extra-virgin olive oil
* 1/4 to 1/3 C. balsamic or apple cider vinegar
* 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
* 1 Tbs. honey, maple syrup, or brown rice syrup
* 1 tsp. Italian seasoning


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a lidded bottle and shake well.  Keeps up to 2 weeks, refrigerated.  Bring to room temperature before using.
