These easy steak fajitas will be ready to eat in 15 minutes!

Ingredients

* one 2-lb. package premarinated carne asada
* 1 onion, sliced
* 2 bell peppers, sliced
* 12 flour tortillas
* salsa
* guacamole
* shredded Mexican cheese blend
* sour cream

Directions


Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook beef to desired doneness.  Remove meat from pan, cover with foil, and allow to rest for 10 minutes.  Grill vegetables in the same pan for 5 minutes; they should remain slightly crisp.  Slice meat diagonally into strips, place grilled vegetables on a platter, and arrange meat slices on top.  Serve with tortillas and condiments.
