Ingredients

* 1 ripe banana
* 3/4 C. pineapple juice
* 1/2 C. low-fat vanilla yogurt
* 1/2 C. strawberries, rinsed

Directions

Peel and slice banana. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, then serve.
