| Pita Cheese Calzones |

This is the lunch to make when you want something warm but you don't have much time.
Ingredients * 4 whole-wheat pita breads * 1 1/2 C. part-skim ricotta cheese * 3/4 C. part-skim mozzarella cheese * warmed marinara sauce Directions Preheat oven (or toaster oven) to 400 degrees. Create a 4 inch opening on the edge of each pita. Divide ricotta and mozzarella among the pitas. Wrap each pita in foil and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, then serve.
