Berry Pear Pie PDF Print E-mail
A wonderful tart and sweet pie that is easy and fun. Cranberries are readily available around the Thanksgiving months of October and November.  Pears are protective for cardiovascular and colon health.  Pears are also a great source of fiber.  Cranberries, with their bright red color, pack an antioxidant punch that reduces damage to our cells and provides anti-cancer benefits. Cranberries support the cardiovascular and liver detoxification processes as well.

1 non-hydrogenated oil 8-in. pie crust
