3 tsp. of orange zest
slices of 1 1/2 seedless oranges
2 C. of cranberries
3 sweet soft pears, sliced
1/4 C. of agave nectar
1/4 C. freshly squeezed lime juice(2-3 limes)
sprig of mint for garnish

In a food processor, add orange zest, orange slices, cranberries, pears, agave nectar, and lime juice. Puree for 2 minutes. Taste and add agave nectar or lime juice as needed. Pour the ingredients into an ice cream maker until soft and serve.  If you do not have an ice cream maker, place in the freezer until you are ready to serve.
