With summer in full swing, it becomes increasingly difficult to hide your body under layers of clothing.  Instead of stressing over how to cover up your body, make a change in your lifestyle - start exercising! Exercise doesn't have to be torture.  Use the beautiful summer weather and longer days to get outside.  You don't have to lock yourself away inside a gym. Take a walk outside, jog outside or even get a group of friends together to play a sport. On weekends, go for a swim!  These are all activities that are fun and will keep you fit if done on a regular basis.
