| Don't Eat at Your Desk |

Just like watching TV, eating in front of your computer at work can lead to mindless snacking and overeating. When your mind is focused on your work, it may become a habit to reach over and grab a snack without thinking. Intead of keeping food at your desk, keep it in a different location, such as the fridge or a nearby cabinet- anywhere you'd have to get up and walk to. When your lunch break comes around, get up and move to a different location so you can really focus on eating and noticing when you're full.
