Vegetarian Wrap with Hummus

This healthy wrap is loaded with fiber. With a spread of hummus, it has great flavor too!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbs. refrigerated hummus
  • 5 Tbs. refrigerated steamed lentils
  • 1/4 C. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 small handful greens
  • 2 Tbs. plain yogurt
  • 1 wheat tortilla

Directions:

Place lentils, hummus, tomatoes, and greens down on the tortilla. Drizzle yogurt across the mixture. Roll tightly.
