Rice Stuffing With Apples, Raisins, and Pecans

This delicious stuffing recipe is loaded with classic fall flavors. The soft apples are well-complemented by the crunchy pecans and chewy raisins. Give this unique recipe a try this Thanksgiving.


  • ½ c celery, chopped
  • 3 C rice, cooked
  • 1 apple, chopped with core removed
  • ½ c chopped pecans
  • ½ c raisins
  • ½ c chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients besides raisins and pecans. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Add in the rice and apple stuffing, and top with chopped pecans and raisins. Bake the stuffing for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
