Pineapple-Ginger Power Smoothie

This sweet smoothie is one of my favorite detox drinks. If you're a fan of pineapple and ginger, then you will probably love this recipe just as much as I do! Try it out, and enjoy it throughout these chilly winter months to be reminded of Pina Coladas and hot summer weather. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen diced pineapple
  • 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 3/4 cup coconut water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until the smoothie reaches desired consistency.
