Berry-Radish Superfood Smoothie

Looking for a pick-me-up to drink in the morning or after a tough workout? This is the perfect smoothie for you. Though the ingredients may sound like an odd combination, they take on the fruity flavors. Best of all, this smoothie boosts your energy levels to keep you going all day long. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped radish leaves
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut water

Directions:

Place radishes, leaves, sprouts, and water in a blender and blend for about a minute. Add berries and a splash more of coconut water if needed. Blend until the smoothie reaches desired consistency.
