Beet and Celery Detox Smoothie

We all know that smoothies are a delicious way to consume healthy fruits and vegetables. But this smoothie takes healthy to a whole new level. With just one beet and celery detox smoothie, you can get almost a whole day's worth of vitamins and nutrients. Who could argue with that? Try out this tasty smoothie and you'll be hooked!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium beet, trimmed and chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until the smoothie reaches desired consistency.
