Garlic Broccoli

Broccoli is a classic side dish because it's ability to accommodate any main dish. Perk up the flavor with the warm bite of garlic and cracked black pepper.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. broccoli, 2 inch florets
  • 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Arrange broccoli florets onto a large baking tray. Drizzle olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat and bake for 20 minutes until crisp and tender. Serve immediately.
