1. Salted Chocolate Covered Cashews


  • 1½ cups raw cashews
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp. sea salt


Melt the dark chocolate with the milk using a double boiler. Once melted, stir in cashews. Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle sea salt on top. Place in freezer for about an hour, or until firm.
