Longer Showers = Drier Skin

Dry skin is an issue that the majority of people have; however, some cases are much worse than others. One thing that you may not know is that long showers can dry out your skin. Long, hot, steamy showers feel oh so good, but really aren't good for your skin. Hot water strips the oils from your skin, and extended exposure strips the skin even more. To keep your skin healthy and moisturized, limit yourself to a maximum 10 minute shower or bath, once a day.
