Do you dread the thought of daily hard workouts? Studies show you might feel healthier without them.
In a recent study, people who exercised vigorously for short periods of time every day reported experiencing at least 14 unhealthy days throughout the year. People who exercised at a moderate level of intensity for more than 20 minutes at a time, with time off in between workouts, reported fewer unhealthy days.
