Eating too healthy? How can that be?
Eating too healthy can be a real problem because there is not enough variety in your diet. In most cases, people who eat “too healthy” just eat almost exclusively vegetables and think that is how you lose weight, but that is not the case.
Your body needs essential fats and nutrients from various sources. You need to have some protein in your body, you need to have some fiber, and you have need to have some of those carbs to build muscle and maintain a healthy diet. In order to see the results, your body needs to grains, vegetables, fruits, proteins, and maybe some dairy in order to get the results you want.
