Resistance Band Leg Lifts

One of the best exercises to do to get your thighs and glutes toned are leg lifts using resistance bands. Leg lifts alone are an easy toning exercise for your legs and the added tension of the bands just give this exercise that extra push to get your lower body toned.

Resistance band leg lifts work out your outer thighs, abs, and your glutes. It’s an all-around great and easy exercise to give you those nice and toned thighs and glutes you’re striving for.

1.    To begin, loop the resistance band around your knees.
2.    Lie on your left side and hold your head in an upright position with your left hand and brace your right hand on the floor in front of your abs.
3.    Inhale and without moving any other part of your body, begin to raise your right leg as high as you can.
4.    Hold position for 5 seconds.
5.    Exhale and begin lowering your right leg.
6.    Repeat exercise 10 times with each leg.
