Getting Started

This workout is all about getting great results in a short amount of time, so be prepared to sweat it out. When it comes to a tough workout, don’t forget the basics. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve left a water bottle behind or didn’t have a towel at the ready before I got started on a focused, strenuous activity.

Also, make sure you have whatever you need – extra protein, a knee brace, in order to push your workout to the limit. Get dressed in your favorite workout gear and you’re ready to roll.
