Pick up the pace of your treadmill trial with a little jog to even out your heart rate. Take the incline back down to zero as you raise your jogging speed up to 5.0. Jog at this pace for three minutes.

Jogging is a great middle-of-the-road exercise. Jogging is a higher-cardio activity than walking, and it’s a bit easier on the knees than running or sprinting. It’s the perfect balance.
