Exhausted

If you feel exhaustion, LISTEN to your body. Your body is what is telling you that you are overworking it and if you don’t pay attention, you run both a bigger risk of injury and a bigger risk of getting sick.

Exhaustion makes us more susceptible to illness because overworking our bodies lowers our immunity just like not sleeping enough does the same. We cannot stress enough how feeling exhausted is not healthy and rest should be taken to recuperate our minds and bodies. Exhaustion is when you are feeling a loss of strength and that is not the way you want to feel if you are working out. You are working out to feel empowered and taking a day off will help you do so.
