Are squats a part of your fitness routine? If they aren’t, you should probably listen close. Squats are known for firming and tightening up your backside- a benefit that’s worth the hard work!

In the midst of our busy lives we tend to put exercising off and say we will get around to it later. But you can fit squats into that busy schedule! Good Morning America’s meterologist Ginger Zee admitted that she does squats while brushing her teeth in the morning! So if you’re going to buckle down and start this exercise you might as well be doing it right.

The important thing to remember when doing a squat is to tighten and pull in your abdominal muscles. The lower you go down into your squat the more muscles you’ll be working.
