  • 60 jumping jacks
  • 5 jump squats
  • 15 jack knife sit-ups
  • 40 crunches
  • 15 incline push-ups
  • 10 oblique crunches on each side
  • 30 butt kicks
  • 10 sit-ups
  • 20 side lunges on each side
