Get Your Shrimp Drunk: Tequila Ceviche

Ceviche is a delicious dish for the summer. It’s fresh, healthy, and leaves room for variation. It’s perfect to add into tacos, make into a party dish, or serve in a martini glass for a creative appetizer.


  • 6 12oz bags of frozen, cooked large shrimp (thawed & tail removed)
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 6-8 lemons, freshly squeezed
  • 4 large jalapenos, diced
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup avocado, diced
  • 4-6 freshly squeezed limes


Place all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well! Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
