Bicep Extensions

A basic bicep extension is a very important part to a full arm work out. This strength exercise workouts your biceps, triceps, and shoulders. This exercise will tone your arms and add strength to your body.


  1. While holding a dumbbell in one hand, bend your knees forward and arch your torso forward from the waist.
  2. Keeping your upper arms stationary, lift the weight up above the waist and exhale.
  3. Begin to move the weight backwards extending your full arm.
  4. Repeat the exercise with the other arm.
