Quick Interval Training

Quick Interval Training

Interval exercising is an important fitness technique to keeping yourself on pace and effectively moving. Many of these workouts take 30 minutes to complete, but you can fit in a condensed version whenever you have the time!

Walk around or march in place for 30 seconds to loosen up your muscles. Push into 20 seconds of maximum effort on whatever workout you choose. This could be a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, sprints, stair climbing, etc. After the high-intensity portion, slow it down to a more manageable pace for 30 seconds. Slow down even more and walk for another 30 second and continue repeating the intervals.
