    • Hold the medicine ball close to your chest.
    • Perform a squat, keeping your back straight and knees aligned with your toes.
    • Return to standing position and repeat.
  3. Medicine Ball Russian Twists:
    • Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet lifted.
    • Hold the medicine ball with both hands and twist your torso from side to side.
