Fruit Smoothie Hair Mask

Hair Build-Up Remover

All the naturally creamy, fatty oils in these fruits seep into your hair for a moisturizing effect.

1/2 banana
1/4 avocado
1/4 cantaloupe
1 Tbs. wheat germ oil
1 Tbs. yogurt
1 vitamin E capsule (optional)

Blend banana, avocado, cantaloupe, wheat germ oil and yogurt. For extra conditioning, squeeze in the contents of a vitamin E capsule. Leave in hair for 15 minutes.
